1. Introduction

Klexaro Labs Pte. Ltd. ("we," "us," "our," or "Klexaro Labs"), a Singapore-registered company (UEN: 202543042C), operates the Secure Redact app and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Secure Redact is a sensitive data detection and redaction tool designed to identify and redact personal information, credentials, financial data, and system identifiers from text. This Privacy Policy explains our data practices.

By using Secure Redact, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1 Payment Data Only

We only collect payment information via Apple In-App Purchases and RevenueCat. We do NOT handle payment data directly. Apple and RevenueCat manage all transactions securely according to their own privacy policies.

We do NOT collect: email addresses, user accounts, device identifiers, analytics, crash reports, location data, or any personal information.

2.2 Local Audit Logs (Your Device Only)

Secure Redact stores local audit logs on your device to show which redaction policies you've used and detection statistics. These logs are:

Stored only on your device
Never sent to our servers
Deleted when you delete the app

2.3 Threat Feed Data (User-Provided)

Secure Redact allows you to integrate custom threat feeds (BYOF: Bring Your Own Feed). You are responsible for any threat feed data you add. We have no relationship with external threat feed providers and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Your feed data is stored locally on your device only.

3. How We Use Data

We use collected data only to:

Process payments (via Apple and RevenueCat)
Store local audit logs for your reference
Provide the redaction and detection service

We do NOT use data for: marketing, analytics, behavioral tracking, profiling, or any purpose beyond service delivery.

4. 100% Offline Processing

Secure Redact is designed for complete privacy:

All data detection and redaction happens on your device
No sensitive data is sent to our servers
No cloud storage of your content
No analytics or behavior tracking
No third-party data sharing

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Payment Processing

Apple In-App Purchases and RevenueCat handle all payment transactions. We share no data with them beyond transaction information necessary for billing. Review their privacy policies:

5.2 Threat Feeds (User-Managed)

Any external threat feeds you add are your responsibility. We do not manage, endorse, or control these sources. You are responsible for compliance with their terms and privacy practices.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

When you delete Secure Redact:

All local audit logs are deleted
All threat feed data is deleted
All redaction policies are deleted
No data remains on our servers (we store nothing there)

Payment processors may retain transaction records per their policies.

7. Your Privacy Rights

If you are in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Since we collect no personal data, these rights are minimal. Contact us for any concerns.

7.2 CCPA (California Residents)

California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt-out. We do not collect personal data, so these rights have limited application. Contact us if you have questions.

8. Children's Privacy

Secure Redact is for business professionals and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from minors (under 18). If a minor uses the app, contact us immediately at privacy@klexarolabs.com.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security practices:

HTTPS/TLS encryption for any data in transit
Secure authentication for payments
No personal data stored on servers

However, no security method is 100% secure. You use the app at your own risk.

10. Limitations

Secure Redact uses signature-based detection with contextual analysis. Important limitations:

Detection is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate
May not detect data in non-standard formats or natural language
May not detect intentionally obfuscated information
Operates on plain text only

You assume full responsibility for data protection outcomes. Consult legal and compliance professionals for regulatory guidance.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy. When we do:

We will update the "Effective Date" at the top
We will post a notice in the app

Your continued use indicates acceptance of changes.
